Privacy & guest data
This page is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, message us and we'll explain it.
What we keep about you as a host
Your name and email, the event details you write yourself (date, venue, wording, photos), and your payment record.
What we keep about your guests
The names you upload to the guest list, phone numbers if you add them, and each guest's reply (yes/no, party size, notes). We never ask a guest for an account, a password, or anything extra.
Who can see it
You, and anyone you give access to that event. A guest sees the invitation and their own reply — never the guest list or anyone else's answer. We do not sell, rent, or advertise against any of it.
How long it stays
Events keep their data for 6 months — the same as the page's lifetime. After that it is deleted automatically. You can delete an event and all its guest data from your dashboard at any time; removal from backups completes within 30 days.
Guest rights
Any guest can ask for a copy of their data or its deletion. They can message us on WhatsApp and we reply within 7 working days, notifying the host of the request.
Your responsibility as a host
You are the one uploading other people's names and numbers, so it's on you to be sure you may share them with us for the purpose of this invitation. We hold them on your behalf, for the length of your event, and no longer.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, plus aggregate stats on invitation opens (how many, and where the link came from) that never identify a guest.
