Refunds
You don't pay to try. Build the invitation and preview all of it free, then pay only when you're ready to publish.
Before you publish
If you paid and never published the page, you get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of payment. No questions.
After you publish
Once published, the link is in your guests' hands, so payment isn't refunded automatically. But if a failure on our side left the page unreachable on the day of the event, we refund in full.
If the event is postponed
Don't cancel — change the date and the same link keeps working, with the page lifetime counted from the new date. If it's called off entirely, message us within 30 days and we'll work something out.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp with the event name; we reply within two working days. The money returns by the original payment method within 7 to 14 days.
